Can this work on a slate headstone?

Yes, the D/2 works on all stone surfaces!

Will this cleaning solution remove hard water on headstones?

No, D/2 will not remove hard water staining.
For cleaning hard water staining from granite we recommend Sparks Brick & Tile Cleaner.
For cleaning hard water staining from marble we recommend Akemi Marble Rust Remover.

Will this cleaner also remove hard water build up on headstones?

Hello! We now offer a product called CleanStone for hardwater staining on headstones. We also offer a CleanStone Kit that comes with Sparks Brick & Tile Cleaner for maximum effect.

Is that a Tampico or Tampafil brush used in the video for cleaning the gravestone?

Will this work on black mold that we’re finding on some of the older headstones especially on the east coast?

Yes, D/2 is perfect for this application! You can spray and walk away, or spray the surface and wait 10-15 minutes and scrub with a soft bristle brush. If you choose the scrub method you should rinse the stone with water when you are finished. D/2 will continue to work over time to clean the stone, so make sure you check back in 1-2 months to see the full effect!

How many sq inches will a quart bottle clean?

The D/2 Biological Solution website says "Typical coverage to remove medium deposits will vary from 250 to 350 square feet per gallon."
This means a quart will cover 62.5 to 87.5 square feet. There is a range because it depends on the porosity of the stone.

Is this safe to use on my brothers bronze headstone? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

D/2 is safe to use on bronze and will not harm it! The solution may not clean everything on bronze, in which case we recommend using Pre-Lim to clean and Renaissance Wax to maintain bronze plaques and headstones.
